Manyversaries

Well, it seems May is chock full of momentous occasions - some of which came and went before I realized it!

May 2nd was my one-year knitting anniversary. Yup, I know the exact date
I learned how to knit!

This post was my 100th! Doesn't everyone have a contest or giveaway of some sort when they hit that milestone? Hmmm, maybe I'll wait and do it on my 150th post, just to be different. And because I missed it already.

Last but not least, it's my wedding anniversary! Hubster and I went from living-in-sin to legally-bound-for-life exactly four years ago today. I was going to wax on all smushy-like, but I'll spare you the saccharin and save it for Hubster. ;)

As part of our annual celebration, we defrost the top tier of our wedding cake and have a slice while watching our wedding DVD. We only have a small slice each, so on our first anniversary, rather than throw the rest out, we decided to conduct an experiment and see how many times you can defrost and re-freeze a cake before it becomes completely inedible. We'll find out tonight if it survived another year! (We're hoping it makes it to five.)

Here's one of our favorite wedding pics, taken at the end of the evening (and by evening, I mean somewhere around midnight - we knows us some party people!):

Happy Anniversary to my Hubster hunnybear!
