Triumph (for my Firefly peeps)

"Did she really make fresh bao?"
Bao1

Why yes...

Bao2

Yes, I did.

Bao3

And it was AWESOME.

Bao4

Super fluffy buns
(heeeheeeheeeebuns), kickass bbq pork filling, and OMG, shiny, I'll-be-in-my-bunk good. Next time, I'm going to shred the pork instead of cube it. Other than that, perfection in a bun. Much like Mal.

Nerdness: you have brought it to a whole new level.

But I think you meant "perfection with HOT buns." Because that totally would be Mal. Have you seen the xkcd with Captain Hammerpants, by the way? It starts here: http://xkcd.com/577/

Regardless, those look delish and I'm sorry, he'll always be nasty ass Bad George Bush accent Caleb to me. You can have him!

I made bao for the first time after seeing Firefly. We also now use the term "wife soup" whenever possible. Yeah, we are geeks, but we have such fun it seems that everyone else is laughing with us.
