Pear Tree seeks LKP* for LTF**

Well, I'm sad to say, the Pear Tree 8-ply did not pass the S3T (stoopid sensitive skin test). It wasn't quite as much as the 4-ply, but enough to realize that this yarn and I were not meant to be.

With a high-quality merino like this, S
3 generally isn't an issue, so this was surprising - especially since I didn't have any problems knitting with it! If I had to ponder a guess, I'd say it's probably due to those ubercool tweedy-like unspun bits. Too bad I didn't know that before I went and bought two sweaters worth (although, since I am me, it figures)! And it's just so unbelievably soft, too! *waaaaaah!*

So, would anyone like to gain from my loss? The 5 skeins in Winter Sky have already found a home, but there are 7 skeins in Blush just waiting for someone to do something fabulous with 'em! I mean, seriously - look how pretty!

Hey, you big knittin' stud - take me home or lose me forever!

More info
here on Flickr, or here on Rav. Please, someone email me and give these a happy home. Seeing them here and not being able to use them is agonizing!

ETA: Hooray! It found a home! :)
